Do Meditate - By All Means!

How do you meditate? Can everybody do it? How do you proceed? Many people tell me that they are not able to meditate.
They state that they do not know how to start a meditation because their thoughts are disturbing them.
There are many ways to do meditations.
Many of them are very simple and can be done by anybody.
Obviously, thoughts are popping up.
Do not pay any attention to them.
Let them go and continue to meditate.
The big little secret of a meditation is just this: look at your thoughts, let them pass by and be with yourself.
Even for people who have been doing meditations for years, thoughts still walk through their brain but these people do not pay attention to them.
Try to sit still in front of a flower and watch its beauty.
This observation calms your nerves.
It also calms your brain.
Thoughts will show up, but if you do not take note of them, they will disappear.
The flower will then conduct your mind into a deeper level.
You will face your Self.
Meditation is actually the way to look at our Self and to understand who we are.
Once you understand who you are, you will also understand the reason why you are in the place you are.
Meditation starts with a concentration.
You concentrate your thoughts on the flower, on its beauty, on its perfume, and on the miracle of a flower and how to be thankful that this miracle exists.
Obviously, your mind will not always be calm.
Thoughts that do not relate to the flower, will pop up, but if you do not pay any attention to them, they disappear.
Do not get angry if other thoughts come to your mind.
It is normal.
You just let them go and continue to think of the flower and its beauty and whatever is connected with it.
This concentration on the flower will help you go on a deeper level.
Even if at this deeper level thoughts should pop up, do not dwell on them.
Just let them go by.
They are like waves in the water, they come and go but they do not disturb.
That is, they do not disturb if you do not pay any attention and just let them go.
This is very important.
If you paid attention to them, like an anxiety that might pop up, they will grow and disturb you seriously.
Just let them be and go.
If it were anxiety, it cannot disturb you if you let it go.
You will see that meditation is a good means to reduce stress and anxiety.
Do it regularly.
If possible every day.
You will see the results and be happy about them.
