With the advanced technology that we have today, almost everything follows too.
Hence the definition of sexy has also evolved from having a simple and plain abs to a more define term which is now popularly called as washboard abs, chiseled abs or six-pack abs.
No wonder most men and women today have the same questions in mind which is how to build abs.
I guess that explains why most gyms of today's era are always flooded by males and females doing high intense workouts with the most attention on their abdomen area.
True enough, the term "abs craze" is widely adapted by more people worldwide.
A wide misconception on how to build abs has always been envisioned by some health buff as working out on separate muscles.
And with that on their mind, they try to perform different abs exercises on a section by section basis.
But as more and more people find lots of interest in building abs, this statement has been proven wrong.
With never ending research and physical tests it was found out that generally speaking, our abs is consisted of different muscles but they will surely contract with each other if asked to do something.
You can concentrate a bit more on a particular part but not all the time and not as a whole if your main goal is to build abs.

On the other hand if you're into lifting weights, keep in mind not to decrease your stability too much because if you do, one small movement in the wrong direction if you went out of balance may lead you from minor to severe injury.
How to build abs is simply like how you do things slowly but in a sure manner.
Focusing on these exercise sessions for your abs and with a combination of healthy diet, it will definitely give you a washboard abs that can boost your confidence 100%.
