- 1). Place the measuring roll directly underneath your knee. The 0-inch mark should be right below your knee in the middle of your leg.
- 2). Wrap the tape measure around the back of your leg and come back to the front.
- 3). Mark down what number is showing when you reach your starting point. This is how big your strap needs to be. Most straps measure between 10 and 18 inches.
