Ways To Make Your Butt Bigger and Sexier

Finding ways to make your butt bigger can often times be a frustrating and difficult thing to do. Especially when you're not sure what you should be doing to get a bigger booty. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some easy ways to make your butt bigger and sexier.

That way, you'll love the way your body looks. And guys will admire it as you walk by.

The ways to make your booty bigger are:

1. The first thing you can do that will help you get a bigger booty is weight train. There are a lot of great weight training exercises that you can do that will help you get a bigger butt. A few exercises that you should start doing are squats, lunges, and leg curls.

Also, a few exercises you can do that don't require weights are step-ups, glute knee-ups, frog squats, and hip extensions. You should do these exercises 2 or 3 times a week.

2. Another way to make your butt bigger and sexier is to eat small healthy meals every 2 to 3 hours a day. This will help keep you fit, while you're making your booty bigger. Some of the foods that you should eat are whole wheat pastas, whole wheat bread, lean meats, lean fish, veggies, and fruits.

3. The third thing you can do is cardio exercises. This includes jogging on an inclined treadmill, using the stair master, and taking fitness classes like pilates, aerobics, and kickboxing. You should do these exercises at least 3 times a week.
