Mind Body Spirit Business Owner Shares Her Thoughts On Gary Ryan Blair"s 100 Day Challenge

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Salisbury, NC, 12/29/2014 â€" Internet marketer and author Jinger Jarrett decided to participate in Gary Ryan Blair's 100 Day Challenge. Although she had many reasons for wanting to participate, she found one reason to be more important than all the others.

"I realized I had a lot of incompletes in my life," Jarrett said. " I want to regain those things in my life I somehow lost along the way. I've been successful in the past, but somehow I lost that."

Jarrett decided to partner with Blair this year to achieve her dreams for 2015. Blair's 100 Day Challenge course offers a step-by-step plan for those who want to achieve their goals in life. Blair doesn't waste any time on positive thinking. The challenge he offers is purely a plan of action. Although Blair seeks to motivate participants with information that helps participants become more positive, his emphasis is on taking action.

"Even though the new year hasn't started yet, I've decided to start my challenge early," Jarrett said. "I want to get a headstart on succeeding at my dreams. For years I was depressed and simply gave up. Gary Ryan Blair's course is a chance for me to get back on track because it's so easy. You simply listen to the audio or video each day and then make your action plan for what you will do that day to get started. Then you simply execute. It's really easy."

Jarrett chose Blair's course because she wanted something simple to help her get started actually doing what she needed to do. She felt stuck and Blair's plan offered a simple way to get ahead. It only takes a few minutes a day to complete the steps involved in the course, and anyone can do it because the course is so easy to follow.

Although Jarrett is just getting started, she feels motivated to complete the course. She discovered several days in that the best thing to do was to take the course one day at a time. "What I learned is that this course could actually help me make up for lost time. It's about exponential growth and finally getting on track and staying on track. I know I can reach my goals, which includes getting in shape again, increasing my income and finally settling down and getting married again. I believe this course can help me do that," she said.
