Each of the 10 Private Residences plots measure an average of 20,000sqft in size and purchasers can retain ownership of the land plot and build a villa at construction costs plus a 20% margin (for project management) by phased payments. The price of the plots starts from $500,000 (313,000), while the guide price of the three bedroom villa to build on this plot is US$ 1.12m (700,000).
