Why You Should Go For No in Network Marketing

Many people find themselves interested in network marketing because they are presented with the fact that they will be able to make residual income for life.
That is unheard of in Corporate America, no company offers that.
This is why you should go for no in network marketing.
What exactly do I mean by "go for no"? How do you get people to join network marketing? You have to speak to people to see if they even have an interest.
I believe the statistics are if you speak to 100 people about your opportunity possibly five or ten may view a presentation and maybe one or two will join.
You might think those aren't very good statistics but actually they are.
Why a lot of people quit network marketing is because they actually start taking the rejection personally.
You have to remember that this isn't about you.
I recently learned a great way to approach people that not only puts them at ease, but you as well.
Whether you are chatting with someone you know or approaching a total stranger there is a simple way to do this.
As the conversation is coming to an end you can say "hey, I just wanted to throw this out there but would you be open to a side project if it didn't interfere with what you're currently doing"? They'll either say yes or no.
You are going to get a lot of no's so here is a great way to approach this.
What if your company gave you a prize if you received the most no's.
Wouldn't you be more eager to get them? Mark Yarnell mentioned in one of his trainings that if you speak with 30 people a day, five days a week, 90 out of 100 will tell you no.
You'll get 10 to view your presentation and around one or two will join.
If you did that each week can you imagine how big your team could grow? Can you see why it's important to go for those no's now? So why not just make it fun, make it a game and just know that this business isn't for everyone and not everyone can see your vision.
That's perfectly okay.
The way to build a successful team is by working with people who have the same desires, goals and drive that you do.
That is why you should go for no in network marketing.
