Is there a Rosacea Cure? Well, the simple answer to this question is yes, and at the same time...
no! The truth is that it is possible to decrease the frequency and intensity of your Rosacea attacks to such an extent that it seems like a permanent Rosacea cure.
In reality, you haven't really found a magical Rosacea cure, but you are keeping it under tight control.
If you lapse, and relax your control, then there is a good chance that you may suffer a new bout of flare ups.
This first question leads naturally to the next question that regular visitors to my website ask; What should I do to control my Rosacea flare ups? Just like the previous question, there isn't a single, simple answer to this question.
You see, the causes of Rosacea remain a mystery to medical science.
What clinical research has uncovered though, is that there are different triggers which can induce a Rosacea outbreak.
Unfortunately, the scientists found that different triggers induce a Rosacea outbreak in different people.
So, while red wine might be the main Rosacea trigger in one person, it may leave another person completely unaffected.
Likewise, an environmental trigger like wind, could bring on a massive Rosacea outbreak in one patient and bypass another person untouched.
There is only one way to effectively uncover what your own triggers are, and that is to systematically remove your exposure to them.
Start with one known trigger, and make sure that you are not exposed to it for a few weeks.
If you still have outbreaks at roughly the same frequency or magnitude, then you can add that item back into your daily routine and remove exposure to a different known Rosacea trigger item.
You should carry on in this fashion until you are confident that you have revealed all of your own specific Rosacea triggers, While there is no known absolute Rosacea cure, removing exposure to your known Rosacea is the next best thing, and will allow you to lead a relatively normal, Rosacea free life.
