How many times have you heard people asking what their life purpose is? Perhaps you've asked this about yourself. Only you can answer this question, but there are clues to help you discover your future path.

Much like the bread crumbs left behind from the Grimm's Fairy Tale Hansel and Gretel were meant to lead the children back home, you too have a bread crumb trail of sorts to help you find your way toward a satisfying life purpose. You need only to look backwards and take inventory of your previous roles and past experiences to get yourself back on track.

The jobs you've had, the classes you've taken, talent contests you've entered, and the clubs or organizations you've joined are all clues as to what direction might best suit you. You may be surprised to discover a theme among your list of achievements, interests, and occupations. How many hats have you worn? What life skills do you already have under your belt? These are all steps along your life path. Sometimes we experience things so that we have a clear picture of what we don't want. Nothing is ever lost, experiences are golden because they teach us so much!
