- 1). Call Verizon's customer service number at (800) 922-0204.
- 2). Listen to the automated menu. For most Verizon voicemail services, you will press "2" followed by "1" to access the password reset menu. However, certain pager models may use slightly different menus; follow the automated prompts to get to the password menu.
- 3). Enter your billing address ZIP code if prompted. Enter your current password if prompted and press the button indicated by the automated prompt. If you forgot the password, press the button indicated by the prompt for a forgotten password. You may be asked to provide additional information to confirm your identity. Enter the new password you want to use.
- 4). Contact Verizon to do a reset over the phone if the system does not allow you to reset over the voicemail automated system. Press "0" during the automated menu instructions to access a customer service representative.
