How to Troubleshoot a GE SmartHome Intellicorder Camera System

    • 1). Recharge the battery if the GE IntelliCorder is not working as expected. Slide down the battery compartment on the side of the video recorder and remove the battery. Plug the battery into the included power cord to recharge and then return the battery to the video recorder.

    • 2). Remove and re-insert the SD/MMC card if the video recorder has battery charge, but is not operating as expected. Insert the card with the logo facing the LCD screen.

    • 3). Enter the correct day and time if the time stamp is blinking or is not displaying the correct date and time. Press "Menu" and then use the arrow keys to select "Setup." Press "OK" and then use the arrow keys to select the correct date and time and press "OK" to confirm.

    • 4). Clear the memory card by downloading it or replace it with a new memory card if the "Full" indicator light appears on the video recorder. To download the memory card, push on the SD/MMC card to release it from the camera. Insert the card into a card reader that is connected to a computer and follow the directions on the computer screen to download.
