You can lift all the weights in the world, but if you are eating the wrong foods then you will never build muscle effectively.
What you need to be eating in order to build fast muscle is carbohydrates and foods high in protein.
The type of carbohydrates I am talking about are not found in chocolate bars.
You need to be eating complex carbohydrates such as rice, potatoes, and pasta.
Eat a diet rich in proteins such as egg whites, salmon, and chicken breast.

Do not spend hours at the gym! You don't need to spend hours at the gym to build big muscles.
High intensity workouts can be done in a short period of time.
Also, do not try to work different muscle groups on the same day.

Let your muscles recover.
Do not push your muscles too hard.
You need to let them rest in order to build fast muscle.
Overtraining them will only make things worse and reduce your muscle mass! If you feel too sore after a day of working out, do not push yourself and go the next day.
