Firstly, why are so many people confused when it comes to making money online? Answer = Information Overload! We've all been there unfortunately, it's just the way the internet works! - You read an article and the information you find looks good, you start to implement it and before you know it some "guru" sends you an email and you jump on-board the next load of hype! That's the problem with the Internet Marketing industry! - "Hype".
People jump from one opportunity to the next before they have even begun to start building the first thing they got involved with! The trick is, to find what works and implement it and keep working at it until it does work.
Anyway, let's get started...
My 3 Top Way's Of Making Money 1) Build A List 2) Blogging 3) Promote Own Products / Affiliate Products Now those aren't in any order, as there is no "order" of which is the best, because they all interlink.
For example: You could build a list by using a squeeze page, and then send people on your list to your blog, or you could send people to your blog, and get them on your list that way! I personally do it both ways, I have my own squeeze page where I give away some quality free stuff, but I also drive traffic to my blog, and people get on my list through various forms I have placed around it.
As for promoting your own products (if you have any) or affiliate products (other peoples products), we can do this in a variety of ways: 1) Promote directly to our list 2) Place banners and links on our blog 3) Write product reviews on our blog Once again, all 3 of these are doable.
The most effective form of promotion I believe is to email your list with the promotion.
As for list size/value, on average most people earn around $1 per month for each person they have on their list.
So 1000 people = $1000 per month.
However, if you treat your list well, and give out quality information that will help them, you will gain a higher level of trust with them, and in return a list of 1000 is more likely going to be worth $2000 per month or even $3000.
