Now that the Wii Fit has been around for a while a lot of people are wondering if the game actually works.
For those of you that don't know what this game is, it's a fitness game that you can play on the Wii.
There are about fifty different exercises and activities that you can participate in while playing the game.
Some of the activities that you can play on the Wii Fit include yoga, boxing, dancing, skiing, jogging, aerobics and much more.
Before you can start playing the activities in the game you need to answer several questions and complete a test.
You need to enter details such as your age and height.
The balance board will also weight you during this process and your BMI will be calculated to determine how fit you currently are.
After you've had your BMI calculated you can start playing some of the games.
The rest of the games need to be unlocked.
It takes about 5-10 hours of gameplay to unlock all of the activities in the game depending on how fast you move through the exercises.
The great thing about the Wii Fit is that once you've unlocked all of the activities the fun is only beginning.
You can now create your own routine and work through the various exercises on a daily basis.
To answer the question as to whether or not the Wii Fit actually works, it definitely does.
I wouldn't recommend quitting your gym membership, but on nights when you're busy or don't feel like going to the gym the Wii Fit can be a great alternative.
If you only plan on using the game once a week or month you shouldn't expect to see any results.
If you exercise using the Wii Fit on a daily basis then you'll definitely notice improvements in your health, weight and stamina.
