How to Disable Endpoint Network Threat Protection

    Disable through the Monitors page

    • 1). Launch the SEPM console, click on "Monitors" and select the "Logs" tab. Choose "Computer Status" when selecting "Log type," choose any necessary filters and the time you wish to disable the Endpoint protection.

    • 2). Click on the "View log" button, select the clients to which the disabling changes should affect, or choose "All" from the drop-down menu.

    • 3). Choose "Disable Network Threat Protection" from the drop-down list of command options. Click "Start" and "Yes" to confirm the changes.

    Disable through the Clients page

    • 1). Launch the SEPM console, click on "Clients," locate the "View Clients" section and select the group of clients for which you wish to disable Endpoint Protection.

    • 2). Click on "Run Command on Group" option and choose "Disable Network Threat Protection. Click "Yes" and "OK" to confirm changes.

    • 3). For individual clients, select on the "Clients" tab, choose the "user" for which you want to disable Endpoint Protection, right-click on the selected user, choose "Run Command on Clients" and choose the "Disable Network Threat Protection" option. Click "Yes" and "OK" to confirm the changes.
