I know three phrases in Greek: I love you, kiss me, and thank you. While I am careful about using the first two in mixed company, I find the third is often useful at gatherings where people speak Greek! I could probably learn a few more basic phrases (like, "I'd like two pieces of that, please.") at the Greek Festival of Chandler.
Twice each year, you can experience a slice of Greece at this outdoor festival featuring traditional Greek foods, Greek products, live Greek music, costumed folk dancing and a Kids Fun Zone.

How Much: Admission is $3 per person, kids under 12 are admitted free. No pets. Pay as you go for food and merchandise. Check the website for information about free admission opportunities.
Tip #1: All the food vendors are volunteers and the food sold is prepared from scratch by church volunteers. Outside, try the Laganaki (if you love cheese), Lamb Gyro, and/or Greek Fries.
Tip #2: Before you fill up outside, make sure you go into the cafeteria and see the complete meals being offered there.
I tried the Moussaka and Spanokopita. I took home about a week's worth of Baklava when I left!
Tip #3: The Kid Zone was not all that exciting when I attended, and there was a charge. I'd focus on the entertainment at the festival, which children should enjoy.
Tip #4: Bring dollar bills for the young dancers!
