- 1). Call the Verizon customer support center at (800) 837-4966. Tell the Verizon FiOS TV representative that you have a FiOS receiver you would like to return. The representative will arrange to have shipping materials mailed to you. After packing the FiOS receiver in the box you receive, mail it. Verizon pays for the shipping. There is no cost to you. Be sure to get a shipping receipt as proof that you mailed the receiver back to Verizon.
- 2). Bring your unpacked FiOS receiver to the nearest Mail Boxes Etc. or UPS Store. Verizon FiOS has an agreement with these shipping companies. They will pack and ship the FiOS receiver to Verizon at no cost to you. To locate the Mail Boxes Etc. or UPS Store closest to you, use the lookup tool on the Bing Maps website. Be sure to get a shipping receipt.
- 3). Drop the FiOS receiver off at the nearest FiOS TV store location. To locate a store near you, go to the "Find the Nearest Verizon TV Store Location" Web page on the Verizon website. Don't forget the receipt.
