If you are an online marketer you do probably understand that to get a free targeted list fast is a key to generating revenue.
You also probably realize that buying this list is a bad idea since the re is nothing like a 'fresh list'.
Everyone on a purchased list has been written to by many marketers and the list people have become experts at using the trash can in their mailboxes.
So what exactly is a list? It is an asset for the marketer.
You can send out mailers to people on your list to tell them about the products you deal in.
As they are exposed they might be interested and will buy.
You don't pressure your list...
they just buy when they need things but they buy from you because they are familiar with you.
Now typically you would make these lists in very specific niches.
Let's say you are marketing wealth education products, you are probably looking at people who are having challenges with regard to debt recovery or credit repair.
Or you could even be targeting high net worth people who need services in asset management or estate planning.
So even in the wealth space you have many sub-niches so to say.
So the point is you not only need lists, you need lists that are well segmented.
Now how do you get lists of that sort? There are only two options.
The first is to create sites and set up auto-responders that will use web-forms to capture visitor data.
Now advertise the sites so that they have quick steady traffic and you receive at least 25 to 50 filled out web-forms a day.
This way you will have a list of about 1000 people over the month and this would certainly break even if you have a reasonably priced product to sell.
The other way is to joint venture.
This would involve partnering with another marketer so that you mail a sub-niche of their and they mail yours.
Once this is done, assuming a click-through rate of 5 percent, with a list of 1000 each you have 50 new contacts in the day with no money spent on advertising.
By creating a network of joint venture partners you can have more such exchanges on a daily basis.
I would recommend a mix of both strategies to the beginner marketer but the second is the eventual direction to move to...
and get a free targeted list fast.
