I know how it is because I was once in a similar situation.
Today I'd like to show you 4 tips that will help you get started on the right track.
Tip #1- The first tip is to make sure you eat a balanced breakfast each day of the week.
Most people skip out on breakfast which I am sure you heard is the most important meal of the day.
Eating breakfast and a healthy one at that accomplishes a 2-fold mission.
The first thing is that it gets you started on the right track for the day if you start your day off healthy.
The second thing is that it ends the fast that your body is going through which will get your metabolism moving again.
Tip #2- The next tip is to keep a workout journal.
The only way to get somewhere is to see where you've been.
That might not make a lot of sense so let me explain.
If you write down everything you do each day to better your lifestyle, you'll be able to track where you are and where you're going.
This gets really fun when you get to look back after 30 days and see how far you've come.
Tip #3- The third tip is to drink a lot of water.
I personally love to drink Cola.
But every time I drink a can of soda I am putting a bunch of empty calories into my body.
If I drink 2 cans per day all of the sudden I have an extra 200 calories to burn.
Most people don't realize the energizing effects of water either.
When you drink water it will wake you up better than anything.
The best part is you don't have to worry about a crash later.
Tip #4- The last tip is to keep a positive attitude about things.
At first you might see some really good results and this will keep you motivated.
However, after a while things might slow down.
This is what is called a "plateau" and it's important that you keep fighting through it.
If you stay positive you'll get through it and you'll start to see great results again.
