Eighties offered a grand opportunity to the Delhi-sick to grab property at a song. "We paid 1/5th the price here to move in to our home than what we would have paid in Delhi," says Anil.

If you are a high-salaried young executive then a house for sale in Gurgaon is a viable proposition. If you are a well-heeled businessman than organizing funds for the property of your choice could be a back-of-the-hand proposition for you. Leave alone a huge array of choices on buy flats and apartments, villas too could attract your fancy.
But if you are an average middle-class citizen thinking of organizing a decent property for your home in Gurgaon then chances are you will be met with a great disappointment.
Gurgaon, barring very crampy propositions in the name of property, is out of reach of an average middle class home seeker.
