I'm often asked if there are some easy, non invasive, and inexpensive ways to increase your chances or odds of getting or becoming pregnant with a baby boy.
Actually, there are quite a few.
And most of them don't require too much additional effort, especially if you have the correct tools.
You're probably doing many of these things anyway in an attempt to conceive quickly.
I'll tell you how to fine tune your regimen for the best odds of conceiving a son in the following article.
Find Out Exactly When You Are The Most Fertile: One of the big variables in getting a male baby is conceiving late.
What I mean by this is that if you are fertile for a period of 5 days, you'll want to wait until the last few to have intercourse.
That's because the Y sperm chromosomes which produce sons can not live for more than about 48 hours.
So, if you try to conceive too early, the sperm that you're rooting for will have already died off by the time that conception can occur.
And once this happens, there is no rewinding the process.
This takes restraint of course, but it is necessary to give you the best results.
It's very important that you know exactly when this late day is.
Guessing usually doesn't do much for your odds.
So get a very high quality ovulation predictor and use it regularly.
I like saliva predictors as I've had more luck with them, but use what works for you.
Eat The Foods That Increase Your Chances Of Getting A Male Baby: There are studies which indicate that women who consume more calories and who consume more breakfast foods are more likely to produce sons.
This is just the tip of the iceberg though.
There are many reasons for this phenomenon.
Many breakfast foods fall into the low PH category.
Having a low PH and an alkaline body increases your chances of getting a son because the Y sperm are killed off in an environment that is defined by a high PH.
Bananas are an alkalizing food, probably giving rise to the old wives tale that you should eat bananas if you want a son.
Most fruits and veggies have a low PH as do the minerals magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
Many people don't know that the gold standard for low PH foods are lemons and watermelons, but you can't just load your diet with these and hope for the best.
There are many considerations and combinations to consider.
There are tools that you can put in your arsenal to make this easier.
You can test your urine with PH testing strips to first give you a base starting point.
Who knows, you may already be pretty alkaline.
But, if you aren't you can try the diet and continue to test.
You can also try douching if you like, as this often gives quicker positive results.
Knowing Which Sexual Positions To Use When You Want To Conceive A Boy: Again, every part of your regimen should elevate the vulnerable Y sperm.
One other way to use this is to implement positions that allow for deeper penetration.
Placing sperm very close to it's final destination gives the Y's less time to travel and struggle, which is a good thing in this scenario.
