Six pack abs can be yours, but maybe you've quit your quest for a flat stomach and never seen the results you wanted because you are totally following the wrong plan.
It's very easy to get demotivated, as I have more than once.
The problem is, the wrong ab plan will not focus on the true secret to getting 6 pack abs, which is accomplishing the perfect balance of diet and exercise.
If you're focusing mainly on direct abdominal exercises thinking you'll get great abs, take a break.
You're also probably working way too hard doing endless reps of sit ups or crunches, or you may even have wasted your money on abdominal belts or fat burner pills.
These do nothing to solve the real problem of getting that perfect six pack.
The truth is, if you are doing all these direct ab exercises you probably have a great six pack already...
its just hiding.
The abdominal muscles are easily obscured by any fat you may have around your belly.
Any fat there and you simply won't see any definition.
Follow the 80 20 Plan So...
you need a plan that focuses mainly on diet...
about 80% and 20% exercise...
that is direct ab exercise only about 20% Most people are shocked that it works like this but it's the truth...
I can attest as I used to do endless sit ups and crunches with very minimal results.
The combination of diet and exercise is the key to six pack abs.
Why not rethink your plan for if you're really serious about getting six pack abs?
