- 1). Fill a large pan with water. Place the ribs in the pan and cover. Bring to a boil and continue boiling until the ribs are tender. It can take from one hour to an hour and a half depending on the toughness of the meat and the amount of fat.
- 2). Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the cake pan with tin foil. Remove the meat from the boiling water and drain on a wire rack.
- 3). Pour the barbecue sauce in the bowl. Dunk each piece of meat into the sauce and coat. Place in the cake pan in a single layer.
- 4). Bake the ribs until the barbecue sauce is baked on, for about one hour. Remove to a serving plate.
