Hi, I'm Lindsey Smith, creator of FoodMoodGirl.com. And today, I'm going to show you how to make granola with pumpkin seeds and almonds. In order to make this recipe, you'll need the following ingredients. One and half cups of Quick Oats, a half a cup of raw, chopped cashews, a half a cup of raw, chopped peanuts, a half a cup of raw chopped almonds, a half a cup of pumpkin seeds, one-third a cup of honey and a half a cup of melted peanut butter. This recipe is super simple, we're just going to combine all of our dry ingredients in the bowl with the oats and then, we're going to add our liquid ingredients. First, we're going to add all of the dry ingredients, so all of the nuts and seeds. Now, we're going to slightly mix the dry ingredients and slowly add our liquid ingredients. Once the liquid ingredients are added, now we're just going to mix slowly, until all of the mixture is covered by the liquid. This granola mix is great for a quick and easy snack and will also keep you energized throughout the day. Now that the mixture is coated with the wet ingredients, we're going to take the mixture and pour it into a bowl and refrigerate it for 60 minutes. Now that you granola mix is in the pan, you can either press down firmly to make granola bars, or just let it sit for some loose granola. Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for up to 60 minutes. I'm Lindsey Smith, creator of FoodMoodGirl.com, and that's how you make granola using pumpkin seeds and almonds.
