- 1). Remove the vertical mounting arms from the wall mounting pack.
- 2). Line the screw holes on the arms with those on the back of your flat screen television. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to insert the screws and fix the mounting arms firmly to the rear of the TV.
- 3). Remove the wall bracket from the pack. Insert the small security screws into the slots at either end of the wall bracket. Tighten the screws half way with the Phillips-head screwdriver. This will allow the screws to turn freely.
- 4). Turn on the stud finder and move it across the wall until you find the two studs on which you wish to mount your television. A green light on the finder indicates the presence of a stud. Mark the two stud points on the wall with a pencil.
- 5). Use a level to check that both of the marks for the mounting studs are level. Stick the mounting template in your pack to the place in the wall where you would like to position your flat screen TV.
- 6). Use a drill to drill the mounting holes into the wall that you earlier marked out.
- 7). Place the mounting bracket on the wall and fix in place by attaching the top two lag bolts with a Phillips-head screwdriver. Then attach the bottom bolts and use a level to check that the bracket is level. Tighten all of the screws firmly in place.
- 8). Turn the locking bolts on either side of the mounting bracket in the left direction to move them to the unlocked position. This can be done using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
- 9). Connect the AV, power and any other cables you need to your television. You need to do this now, as you will be unable to do it once your television is mounted on the wall.

Lift the television onto the mounting bracket so that the mounting arms attached to the television will rest on the top and bottom rails of the mounting bracket. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to turn the security bolts to the right. This will move them to the locked position and secure the TV firmly in place.
