COMPRESSION

Pain can be reduced by applying uniform compression over the affect ted area. This can be achieved by wearing a counter brace around the wrist. But, it is not advisable to wear a brace for long as it will make the muscles more stiff thereby retarding the healing process.

EXERCISE

Exercise is an effective way for curing the pain. By doing exercise regularly with the forearm, the muscles become flexible and swelling will be reduced. When the muscles get rid of the stiffness the pain will also subside. Exercise makes the muscles stronger thereby enabling them to prevent such an injury in future.

Tennis elbow is very resistant to treatment. But, unless it is treated and cured completely the pain will occur again and again making it miserable for the affected person. There is a system of therapy which is to be followed systematically so as to cure tennis elbow.
