You have a busy life.
You have a full time job and a family to take care of.
You may even be juggling family, work, and school all at the same time.
But this doesn't mean that you should let your health go to waste.
I'm going to show you how you can get into shape at home with limited time and limited equipment.
There are two ways to get into shape at home: bodyweight training and dumbbells.
Bodyweight training is great for fat loss and strength endurance.
Dumbbells are amazing for mass gain and strength improvement.
If you want to use bodyweight training to get into shape, then all you need to do is perform pushup, pullups, and squat variations.
You'll find variations that are easier and more difficult.
For example, if you are unable to perform an actual pushup, you can try to do wall pushups.
Other easier variations include jumping pullups, and chair squats.
If pushups, pullups, and squats are too easy for you, then try t-pushups, gorilla chins, and squat jumps.
Once again, the key is to just do research and find variations that challenge you.
Dumbbell exercises are much easier to learn than bodyweight exercises.
Many people who can not do a single pushup have great results with exercises such as dumbbell presses and flyes.
But the key with dumbbell exercises is to focus on compound movements.
Compound movements are exercises that train more than one muscle group at a time.
For example, a dumbbell chest press trains the chest, triceps, and shoulders at the same time.
A dumbbell curl only hits the biceps.
