- 1). Buy the candy ingredients and either purchase or make some frosting. Royal icing is ideal because it is both hard-drying and fast-drying. You can use the same color frosting as the glue and for decoration, or you can whip up additional colors as desired.
- 2). Unwrap the colored candy canes and round hard candies. The candy canes will act as the sides of the stroller with the hooks acting as the stroller's handles; the round candies will act as the wheels.
- 3). Cut one of the graham cracker pieces into roughly half the size of the other. Ideally, you will have one rectangular chunk to act as the back of the stroller and one smaller square piece to act as the seat.
- 4). Apply the royal icing to the long sides of the rectangular graham cracker in order to attach one candy cane to each of the long sides. Use frosting to sit the square graham cracker piece on the 4 round candies, and then apply frosting to connect the seat with the back of the stroller. Hold in place until the icing dries. As desired, you can use the icing to further embellish the stroller and cover the graham crackers and candy pieces.
- 5). Place the creation on top of your cake when the stroller is completely stiff.
