Everyone who steps into a gym with the goal of build muscle quick.
I do not know anyone who wants to make steady progress.
I have seen a lot of guys in the gym with huge muscles and incredible strength.
You think to yourself, "these guys must train hard to have muscles like these.
" If you are a beginner, you try to work very hard and spend a long time in the gym.
I mean, the more you train the bigger you get, right? But in reality spending hours and hours in the gym and training 7 days a week can be one of the worst things you can do.
When I was just starting out I also tried to spend some 2 to 2 and a half hours in the gym.
In the beginning I gained a lot of muscle, but after a while I stopped making progress.
Naturally I thought I had to train even harder.
But things were getting worse and worse.
As I mentioned I had seen a lot of big guys in the gym and one time I asked some advice from an experienced fellow.
I said: " When I was starting with lifting weights everything went very well.
I gained muscle and strength, but then I stopped making progress.
What am I doing wrong?" The guy asked how much time do I spend in the gym every day.
I said: "2 hours and even 2 and a half but still nothing.
" " So you want to know what is my secret, little guy," he said.
" Yes, what is the secret?" The secret to how to build muscle quick If you keep your workouts short, you never overtrain, you recover faster, and you constantly make progress.
Your testosterone output peaks about a half hour into your workout and is completely shot within 45 minutes.
So get in and get out in 45 minutes or less and you will get huge.
That right there is one of the most important things I can ever teach you about how to build muscle quick.
The quality of the workouts is what is the most important to build muscle quick That is exactly what I tried to do, the next time I went to the gym.
And it really worked.
I did a typical rookie mistake like so many others have done.
Spending hours upon hours in the gym is not the best way to build muscle, especially when you have little to no experience.
