- 1). Rent the movie from your local video store. Look in the yellow pages for a local video rental company. The video is tagged as a drama by the International Movie DataBase (IMDB) and movies are usually categorized in alphabetical order by movie type, so look in the "F" section of the dramas. Many rental stores also have older movies for sale at a discount. Check for this option if you wish to have a copy of the movie to own.
- 2). Rent the movie from an online video rental service. This is an option that may be more convenient if you have access to a computer. With online video rental services you can rent the movie and have it shipped directly to your place of residence without having to leave home. Usually the company offers several options for payment on a monthly basis and the cost to you is generally lower than renting from a video store. The video arrives in the mail with a return envelope with prepaid postage.
- 3). Rent the movie from iTunes if you want to watch the movie on your computer. If you have iTunes, go to the iTunes store and do a search for "Finding Forrester". Once you have found the movie, click "Rent" and your account will be charged and the video will begin downloading. To rent from iTunes your computer needs to be connected to the Internet.
- 4). Look for the movie at your local theater. Certain theaters often rerelease movies in theatrical format to play for interested audiences to re-create the fun of going out to the movies. The chances of this particular movie being shown may be low, but find a local theater that does this and inquire about the movie. Ask to be notified of new releases so you won't miss the movie if it is shown.
