How to Change Oil in a Yamaha Wolverine

    • 1). Park the ATV on a level surface. Allow the engine to run until it is warmed up, then turn it off.

    • 2). Place the drain pan under the engine.

    • 3). Remove the oil filler cap, then remove the oil drain bolt with a wrench.

    • 4). Allow the oil to fully drain into the drain pan.

    • 5). Reinstall the oil drain bolt, then tighten it to 17 ft-lbs (foot-pounds) with a torque wrench.

    • 6). Refill the engine by adding 2.33 quarts of Yamalube or SAE oil to the oil fill tube.

    • 7). Reinstall and tighten the oil filler cap.
