There are many muscles in our bodies that we are unaware of.
We need to focus on all the muscles rather than just a few, in order to gain good results.

There are many different ways we can train our muscles depending on which group we are focusing on.
For strengthening the trunk sections, many different exercises need to be worked into your programme.

They need to be worked at from many angles.
Having a strong and well balanced med section helps to prevent injuries, improves posture and is aesthetically pleasing.
A strong mid section is essential in all sports.
Having a strong upper body helps to improve performance.
It also increases the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
The largest muscles are those of the lower body.
They are the bedrock of the majority of physical activities.
They include the quadtriceps, the gluteals and calves.
The following are examples of the bodies essential muscle groups 1) The Biceps - These are formed along the front of the upper arm and help to bend the elbow.
2) The Deltoids - The muscles are around the shoulder area and give the ability to pull and lift.
3) The Rectus Abdominus - These are found in the front of the stomach.
They are often referred to as the 'six pack'.
4) The Hip Flexoris - They give the hips movement and are found on the front of the hip.
5) The Pectorals -These are situated across the front of the chest.
6) The Quadriceps - The muscles that cover the front of the thigh and work for the knee joint.
