Another thing to consider before heading to a Brooklyn health club or workout center is ask yourself,do you know what to do once you get there? Most people do not get results at the gym, simply because they don't know what they are doing.
They don't know how much weight they should be lifting.
They don't know how long they should be doing cardio and they don't know how to get results.
Many people join a gym, end up frustrated and wasting money because they are not getting the results they desire.
And the problem is simply that they don't know what they are doing before they get there.
