Discover "Animal Secrets" in the Children"s Museum of Indianapolis
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis explores the hidden world of animals in its latest exhibit. In Animal Secrets, museum visitors gain insight into the mysterious lives of animals. Explore stream, woodland, meadow and cave habitats. Geared towards younger children ages three to eight, the new exhibit offers hands-on learning experiences such as the Naturalists tent. In this area, young visitors get the opportunity to study specimens such as butterflies, spiders and shells.
Children can immerse themselves into the animal kingdom. Climb a giant tree and pick up acorns, play with animal toys alongside a running stream, see taxidermy animals and learn about their environments. Discover how different animals eat, sleep and care for their young. Animal Secrets is perfect for families who are interested in learning more about nature and the animal world.
