Let's face it.
Gaining weight can be very difficult.
Most of my life I was this scrawny little guy that couldn't gain weight.
Most people have no idea what us skinny people go through because they think people only want to lose weight and not gain it.
Little do they know there a lot of us that we do anything to gain some extra weight.
Today I'd like to share with you a few things you can do to finally add some extra pounds.
The first tip is to slow down your metabolism.
Genetically you can't do much but you should be eating large, less frequents meals.
By eating less frequently your metabolism will slow down and your body will start burning less calories which means that you'll keep more weight on instead of losing it.
The next tip is to make sure you're eating enough food.
It can be very difficult to shove yourself full of full all day long.
You don't necessarily have to do that but you do have to eat a lot more than you think you do.
A simple formula I follow is to multiply your weight by 20 and the amount you get is the number of calories you should be eating.
You then need to go out and find some healthy foods that contain a lot of calories that you can eat.
The last tip is to keep track of any success that you're having.
You can do this by writing in a journal and keeping track of the amount and type of food you eat.
You also need to write down how much you weigh and get on a scale at least once per week and write that down.
If you want you can even take pictures of your body once per week too.
You'll be surprised at your results after a month of doing this.
