Maybe babies body movement would give you the sign of time to changethe diapers, thus, you need to be sensitive to the babies' movement and expression. first of all, you get a perfect spot for changing diaper, it could be a changing table; or just put the babyon the surface that you do not mind to clean after that. Changing table would be suitable as the heightand angle would be just right for you to change the diapers. Do remember that do not leave your babyalone on the changing table, if you forget to bring something, bring the baby together. if you do nothave the changing table, just put a towel under the baby to prevent messes.
After putting your baby on the changing table or any place, keep baby's belly up, and then remove thesoiled diaper. Remove the tabs on diapers and open the sides of diapers, then, lay it flat on surface. Slidethe front portion of the diapers downward and take it to the back. at this step, you might need to liftthe baby's bottom up by holding his or her ankles. Fold the soiled diaper by using the tabs and disposeit. After that, you should clean the baby either with water or wipes. make sure that you have done thecleaning part perfectly in order to avoid the infection and rash.
Lastly, put on the new diaper for baby by lifting the baby bottom and slide the opened diaper underbaby bottom. Pulling the front of diaper up to the belly of baby and fold the sides and secure the diaperwith the adhesive tabs at the right place. You might adjust it by pulling in order to secure it properly.
