5 Simple Money Making Tips

Do you need a little bit of extra money? Very few people would answer no to this question, unless they were making a point about needing more than just a little bit.
When you find yourself in a position where you need a bit of extra cash, what do you do? Do you sit back and complain about the situation? Not if you want to get the cash you don't.
Unfortunately, many people do just that.
It isn't that they are lazy or unmotivated, they simply don't know what to do when in this situation.
If this is you, here are five money making tips that will help you along the way: 1.
Set a Goal To say you need a little extra money just isn't good enough to get you going.
It isn't specific enough.
How much money do you need? By when do you need it? The more specific you can be, the more likely you will be to find a way to achieve your goal.
2.
Make a Plan This doesn't have to be some elaborate plan.
All you need to do for this is write down how you are going to get your extra money.
If you've decided to work a second job, write down something like: "I am going to work (whatever number of hours) each week for (however many weeks) to earn at least (the amount you need) after taxes.
" Be sure your plan describes your action and how much of it you expect to need to reach your goal.
3.
Take Action Setting a goal and making a plan are a good start, but now comes the hard part.
You have to actually act on the plan you put together.
Don't let yourself sit back and think of all the reasons it won't work.
That is just your subconscious fear bubbling to the surface.
You'll never achieve your goal if you don't take action, so go out and at least do the first step in your plan.
4.
Be Consistently Persistent You have to stick with the plan.
You might run into setbacks, and you could find that it's more difficult than you thought, but if you remember to keep pushing through you'll eventually reach your goal.
You must be both consistent, reliably following your plan, and persistent, not letting anything stand in your way.
5.
Never Fear Meager Beginnings This advice came to me originally in relation to marriage, but it fits in this case as well.
Every enterprise has to start somewhere.
If your goal is very large, you still shouldn't be afraid to start small.
You can always leverage the small successes to help you achieve ever increasing success.
You had to crawl before you could walk, and you may have to make small sums before you can make the big ones.
