Disney World Trips - How to Plan For the Cost

Taking one from the Brits, if you have all the money in the world to plan your Disney trips it would be "easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!" All you would have to do is tell your secretary or travel agent to take care of all the arrangements and everything would be ready for you to leave.
Unfortunately, most of us aren't born with a silver spoon in our mouth.
This means in order to plan for a Disney World trip we need to do so according to our budget.
Getting Travel Tickets There are many things to consider when planning this type of vacation.
You have to think about the cost of the theme park tickets, how you intend to get there, where you will stay, and even how far away you want to be from the attractions.
A good example is figuring out whether you want to rent a car or fly.
In most cases you will pay more for the round trip airfare, but you will get there a lot faster.
Maybe you choose neither of these options and would rather take public transportation.
Doing all of this on your own can be very time consuming, so you may opt to have a travel agent do all the ground work for you.
Accommodations There will be several options to choose from when looking for accommodations for your Disney World vacation.
You can get a room in one of the Disney resorts, decide upon an off-site location, or even grab a hotel that is an hour away.
The deciding factor will probably be your budget.
Then again, if you want a Disney resort you should remember that the price depends on if you go during the value, regular or peak part of the season.
If you go during the peak time you will pay the most money.
If you will be better off staying at an offsite location you will have to do your research here as well.
Again, depending on the time of year you go plays a major role in what is available.
When you do find openings it will be important to compare rates.
Food The ideal food budget for your Disney World trips should be around $30 per person each day.
Keep in mind this is considering one breakfast, a light lunch, and a moderate dinner.
If you enjoy snacks in between you should add another $5 a person.
Park Admission Getting into the parks will be about $40 per person per day.
Granted, the longer you're there the smaller this number will be.
This is also considering that you purchase multi-day passes.
If you will be taking Disney World trips more than once each year then you should secure annual passes and receive a Disney Club discount.
The money you save will now make souvenirs more affordable.
Sundry Stuff Another important addition to consider is taking home something besides pictures.
Everyone wants to leave with a piece of their vacation, but we don't recommend purchasing them in the theme parks.
There are plenty of shops in offsite locations that will have much lower prices, but still offer the same value.
If you've been stressing about how to come up with the funds to take these Disney World trips, just relax.
This can be extremely easy to do if you plan appropriately.
It will allow you to enjoy your vacation that much more.
