Are you looking for some quick ways to build muscle? Well you've come to the right place.
Every guy wants to look like a fitness model, and anyone can achieve it if they work hard enough.
The problem is that most guys don't know the correct way to build muscle, and they never make any real progress.
Well you're about to learn how simple it is to build lean muscle without gaining fat.
First, you have to have the right workout plan.
A well balanced workout plan will offer you some quick ways to build muscle.
For a beginner, the best workout plan is a full body, three day per week plan.
You must have at least a day of rest in between your workouts, and a good example of this would be a Monday, Wednesday, Friday plan.
During these workouts you should choose one exercise for each body part (maybe two for the bigger muscles, such as the chest and quads).
You should perform 1-2 sets for each exercise.
The amount of weight you should use will vary depending on the person.
You should choose a weight that will allow you to get no more or less than 8-12 reps per set.
So if you can get 15 reps, your weight is too light.
If you can only get 7, your weight is too heavy.
Second, you have to make sure you get the proper nutrition.
This is where most people go wrong.
They believe they can just workout and eat any way they would like and see results.
In order to build muscle, you must provide your body with enough calories not only to repair your worked muscles, but to grow them as well.
A typical mass gaining diet requires around 500 calories more per day than you would normally eat.
So if you determine that you eat 2000 calories on a normal day, you should bump your intake up to 2500 calories a day.
Be sure to eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and eat lots of good carbs, such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, pasta, oatmeal, all bran cereal, wheat bread, etc.
So as you can see, building muscle is not very hard to do.
You just have to follow these guidelines and make sure you stick to your plan.
