How to Find a Court Transcript in Washington State

If the proceeding has terminated, court reporting agencies usually only keep the transcript for six months; however, this period varies greatly.

    • 2). Call the court reporting agency. Request a copy of the transcript for the particular proceeding you are interested in obtaining.

    • 3). Pay the court reporter the requisite fee for the transcript.
