Guide Review - America's Best RV Cookbook
Joyce's premise for her new cookbook is that the recipes must be "quick-to-mix and use simple ingredients." A quick browse of her book had me taking mental notes of recipes that I wanted to try for myself. I didn't see any recipes that were too complicated, but I did see many that were so simple I was asking myself why I hadn't thought of that. I also found menu suggestions on main dish recipes were a nice aid to planning complete meals.
Joyce is a veteran RVer who has overcome the restrictions of cooking in the confinement of your RV. After 20 years of testing recipes, it's no wonder they taste as good as homecooking. This is one cookbook I plan to use often.
