There are several ways to enlarge breasts.
We're going to consider three of them.
Why three?Because, really, most of the other options out there just can't work.
The other techniques tend to be, quite frankly, scams.
Let's briefly explore the three ways to larger breasts that actually make sense! Larger Breasts Through Brainpower This is one of my favorite ideas, even though I've never tested it.
According to a report by Dr.
Susan Love, a group of women used the power of positive thinking and meditation techniques over a twelve week period in order to increase the size of their breasts.
When the trial was over, nearly one half of participants reported a need for a larger bra.
I think this approach definitely warrants further investigation!I can't tell anyone that they can really think their way to larger breasts, but it sure sounds as if there's real potential in this.
Plus, there's absolutely no downside to it.
There are no known risks associated with some good old-fashioned meditation and visualization, as far as I know! Augmentation Via Surgery This is an obvious way to increase the size of your breasts and so many people have written so much about it that I don't plan on spending much time on it.
It can work.
It can also be expensive and there are risks associated with any surgical procedure.
Bigger Breasts Naturally This is my preferred approach to breast enhancement.
Why?Well, it certainly avoids the risks associated with surgery (and the costs, for that matter).
Additionally, it has a good track record.
Many women have experienced impressive results using natural strategies.
The best techniques involve the use of phytoestrogenic herbs (these encourage production of the hormones that trigger breast growth) with some simple physical activities (most noticeably, breast massages).
If you aren't sure your ready to meditate/visual your way to a little more up top and you're not excited about the prospects of a surgery, you may want to dig a little deeper for more information and insight on natural growth solutions.
