FIBER rich food is best to check cholesterol such as whole grains, oat meal, fruits etc.
Always use VEGETABLE OILS in your food such as olive oil, sunflower oil, Soya, corn etc.
Raw vegetables are always a better source of fibers and antioxidant than cooked ones.
Finally, include as much exercises and workouts as possible according to your physical condition.
Physical activity increases the body's flexibility including that of arteries.
