Excessive Sweating - 2 Causes & What You Can Do About Them

Excessive sweating isn't nice and it isn't funny! It can be the bane of one's existent and it can lead to problems with anxiety that only exacerbate the problem.
Many or people see excessive sweating as a condition in itself but if we look at the bigger picture the problem may just be a symptom of a much bigger underlying issue.
To give an example, anxiety can lead one to sweat.
If you are anxious enough this could potential also lead to your soaking your clothes in sweat which isn't pleasant.
Unfortunately this symptom only leads to more anxiety especially when around others and may prevent you from going out to bars etc because of this embarrassing issue.
One of the quickest ways to reduce the problem is to get a handle of your anxiety issues.
Of course this is easier said than done but many people have found that once they were able to manage their anxiety, they also found a dramatic reduction in the sweat issues.
This is the only thing that can help though - you may not be anxious and may just be a sufferer of hyperhidrosis.
Another thing to look is your diet.
If you are eating a high meat/dairy diet and low fruit/veg diet you most likely aren't helping yourself.
So make some dietary changes.
It really is worth reducing your meat consumption to 1 or 2 times a week or completely eradicating.
Dairy should be kept to a minimum too.
Up your fruit intake as well.
Try to eat lots of fruit throughout the day.
The best start to your day would be a large green smoothie.
Blend 5-7 bananas with water and some spinach.
It is also worth cutting down on your fat consumption too.
Eating more raw will help you immensely and make you feel better.
Fruit sugar will make you feel good in comparison to refined sugar - so eat fruit! If you find that you still are craving more sweet stuff then eat even more fruit! Adding a large green salad into your day is good too.
These are only 2 things that you can do to overcome sweating but to help yourself you really do need to find the underlying issues that are causing your problem.
It could be bigger than you initially thought.
Many people settle for "it runs in the family" or "there isn't anything I can do as it's my glands".
This is rubbish! You can do something and you don't have to settle with this life.
