If you don't enjoy talking to someone on the phone why would you want to be in business with them.
Join a team of people who are excited about what they do and who you have a report with this can really make a huge difference.
When you're working with fun motivated people you're going to have some of that rub off on you as well.
And likewise if you're working with boring, serious people you're going to get a dose of that.
So find people who you like to be around and you'll have a lot more fun.
