Write honest and disclose to your readers that he post was paid for. Then you can make money for creating useful content for your site - a double win for you.

Review products and services in your niche and add an affiliate link to it: You can review products and services that are interesting for your readers and then add an affiliate or referral link (but please tell those people that you are making money with that link).
