About Rootmaster:

2011 Update: Rootmaster has now moved. New location unconfirmed.

Launched in 2007, Rootmaster is a vegetarian restaurant which aims to promote healthy living. Rootmaster is located in an old Routemaster bus in the Old Truman Brewery grounds in Brick Lane.

The kitchen is on the lower deck and diners can watch the chefs at work. There's room for 28 to dine upstairs or, in good weather, you can sit outside, or grab a take away.
