Are you having success with your Online Business? If not, have you ever wondered why? Or, have you ever wondered if you could like double your sales if you just changed a detail?
There are different ways to achieve success, and there are even different ways to boost a business. Some are hard to do and demand a lot of work. And some other are quick and easy, but must be well done.
As a general rule, you want to make sure you got all the easy little things before you go to the hard painful stuff.
These 5 things can ruin your business indeed. If you do some of them and you're not ruined, you have something very good in your hands, and you're not taking full advantage of it.
1) Design of Your Web Page
Yes, we've all heard a lot about how the design of your webpage doesn't really matter, and the important thing is having a good sales copy. That's not totally true. You can have way more sales if your website has a nice clean design that reflects the values your niche is looking for.
2) Content Spelling and Grammar
You can't expect people to believe you if it's not even sure to them that you know what you're writing. Make sure you got you content reviewed at least by a word processor spell checking. Even if you want to sound informal, you can't sound stupid.
3) Price
If you want to sell something for two or three times more than similar products, I won't say you can't do it. In fact, if you're a good marketer, you'll probably sell it often. However, if you set a fair price it's much more likely you'll manage to sell it. Don't set it too low also, or people won't take you seriously.
4) Money-Back Guarantee
It's much more than saying your customers are always right. It's saying you trust your product 100%. It's showing you're honest and deadly serious about what you're talking. It's stating that your price is fair, and you're sure they'll find it too as soon as they give it a try.
5) Support and Contact
It's absolutely no use to give your customers every kind of guarantee if you're not there when they need you. You have to be their friend when they're deciding to buy from you. Be quick to reply e-mails and answer their questions politely and honestly, even if you think that the right answer will pull them back from buying.
Simple stuff, folks, but they all working well in your online business means much more sales and profits for you.
