Build Muscle Without Weights -Do it Quickly and Efficiently!

Although I love lifting weights I can understand that there are many people who don't have the time or money to go to the gym or buy weight training equipment.
Don't worry though as there are many ways to build muscle even without the use of weights.
Building muscle without weights is not really as hard as many people think.
With the right training program you will be able to build a great amount of muscle assuming you're not looking to build a bodybuilder like physique, for that you will need to use weights to provide additional stimulus.
But I can assure you that you can build quite a bit of muscle with just bodyweight exercises alone.
There are many who have built tremendous physiques with very little or no weight training equipment at all.
Just take a look at the marines or the navy seals, these guys are not only fit but they have some of the most muscular bodies that you will see anywhere and their training involves mainly bodyweight exercises.
Just like with weight training though building muscle without weights will also take a lot of work.
Don't let anybody tell you that you will build muscle simply working out once a week and taking some miracle pill, it doesn't work that way.
You will need to put time and effort into building up your body, but you will be greatly rewarded.
One of the most effective and time efficient ways to build muscle without weights is to do bodyweight circuit workouts.
To do this you take various bodyweight exercises and do them one after another with very little rest and repeat this for several sets.
Training this way not only builds muscle but burns fat at the same time.
Here is a sample workout: Pull-Ups - 10x Bodyweight Squats -20x Push-Ups - 15x Step-Ups - 15x Bicycle Crunches - 30x * Do one exercise after another non-stop, rest 1 min after the last exercise then repeat for 4 to 6 times.
* Do this workout at least 3 times a week.
* You can add more exercises, sets, or reps depending on your strength and fitness level.
If you goal is to lose weight or tone up then rest as little as possible and do the exercises quickly.
If you want to gain weight and build more muscle then do more reps and rest a bit longer, also try doing harder exercises like one-legged squats, one-arm push-ups, dips, or wear a weight vest when doing the exercises.
With the right training program and diet you will be able to see results within weeks, if you want to see how well your progressing I suggest you take some measurements of your body parts and weigh yourself before you start your training program.
To see how much fat you've loss you should get yourself a skinfold caliper device.
Always remember that their are many paths to the same goal but to reach that goal you will need to work hard and be consistent.
