The purchase of humble bra is probably one of the most effective cleavage enhancing things you can buy.

Understanding the different types of bras can be a formidable task in itself, and for those special occasions it is often best to speak to the lingerie or fashion manger of your local department store or lingerie shop to help advise which bra would suit the occasion best.
The first and most important item you need to do is make sure you know your correct size, believe it or not, studies have shown that an astounding 50% of women are wearing the incorrect size bra.

Your local department store of lingerie store usually provide a free measurement service, make use of it regularly as it is not uncommon for your breast size to changes regularly.
If you want to measure yourself and then follow our guide here, you can do it yourself, but it is better to have another person carry out the measurement:

• Strip to the waist
• Take a tape measure, and measure in inches the rib cage area directly under and as close as possible to the breast.
  This is your under bust measurement or frame measurement.
  
• If this number is odd add 5
• If this number is even add 4
• The result of this will give you, your band size
• Take a measurement next around the back and across the fullest part of your cleavage.
  Make sure the tape is comfortable, not too tight to push into the breast tissue or too loose( in inches again).
  This is the over bust measurement.
  
• Now subtract the under bust measurement number from the over bust measurement.
  
• Compare the result to the table below

Difference Cup 3 = AA 4 = A 5 = B 6 = C 7 = D 8 = DD 9 = E 10 = F 11 = FF 12 = G 13 = GG 14 = H 15 = HH Using the under bust measurement with the cup size will give you your proper bra size.
By ensuring you have the correct bra size, you will be in a better position to choose a correct enhancement for you.
